To Find Site:- On the approach to Bridlington on A164/A165 take the B1255 towards Flamborough. Watch out for Marton Farm Shop and Caf on left and entrance to the site is about a couple of hundred metres on the left.

This site is situated about three miles outside of Bridlington and is set back from the Flamborough road. The site is open all year and accepts non-members but not tents. There are currently has 75 pitches all on hardstanding and include a number of serviced pitches. The site is currently being extended which will its double size. ( This work may create some noise from time to time although during our stay any noise was minimal) Electric points are convenient to all pitches and are rated at 16 amps and use CEE17 blue connectors. Electric bollards also have a co-ax TV connection, free to use but you need to provide your own cable. There is currently only one toilet block although this will change when a second block is built as part of the extension. It is of an excellent quality. Service points are dotted around the site. The motorhome service point is adjacent to the toilet block. Unfortunately if still requires heavy steel drain covers to be removed in order to drain grey water waste. For children there is an adventure style playground although it is out of sight of the pitches. There is site wide WiFi which performs reasonably well although at peak periods it can slow. Mobile signal on site is fairly good. There is an information room with local information although a large scale map would be useful. Reception sells a few essentials and newspapers can be ordered. This site also has a storage facility. This is a very good site but my only real gripe was that at 32 a night outside of school holidays it is very expensive.

There is a lot that can be done from this campsite either by your own transport by foot or by public transport. There is an hourly bus service into Bridlington from main road next to the site entrance road. You can walk across the adjacent Golf Course and join the coastal path into town. Likewise you can walk from the site to Sewerby Hall to visit the house and gardens. Further afield there are options for rail services from Bridlington Station to Hull or Scarborough. For shopping there is a Tesco Supermarket next to the station in town. The local taxi service is also reasonably priced.

Just back from this lovely well kept site. Immaculate showers and toilets. Very quiet relaxing site a bit too quiet at times, seems that gone are the days when people sat outside in the evening and chatted. We were on a corner pitch on way to the dog walk. We were facing the door of caravan next door which is unusual especially for cc club. Dog walk area was huge but in my mind grass should be cut short not just walkway and the doggy pooh bin always seemed full. Overall a nice site although quite expensive for mid season. Large pitches with plenty of room for car van and awning.

First stayed at this site shorty after it first opening in 2011; nice to re-visit and see how the vegetation and bushes have matured and softened the site over the years. Hardstanding spacious pitches over three areas of this site with central toilet block. Surprising for a new site the gents toilets only have three WCs inadequate for the size of the site. Very friendly wardens and useful information room with a helpful tip that site has an arrangement with the adjacent golf allowing members to access the coastal footpath via the golf course. This avoids a 1 mile walk along the busy B1255 Flamborough Road. The sign at the access to the golf course states there in no access to the coastal path (this is not the case, but it avoid the path being adopted as a public footpath!).

Marton Manor farm is a 10 minute walk from the site and provides very nice afternoon tea for 2 for 12. 99. Sewerby Hall and gardens is 1 miles from the site and worth visiting as is Bridlington Priory and The Bayle Museum near the Old Town (3 miles from the site). Crosiers butches in the Old Town supplies excellent quality meat, and the owner is both friendly and helpful.

Bempton Cliffs and the RSPB site located 3 miles North of the site provides a cliff top home for numerous seabirds. Access to the sanctuary is free if you are Caravan Club members and remember to bring your membership card with you.

Flamborough Head is 3 miles East of the site with its old and new lighthouse.

Lots of things to do and see in this area, plenty of quite lanes to cycle on and coastal walks plus for those who like a traditional seaside break Bridlington with its North and South beaches, amusement arcades and numerous fish and chip shops.

Nice friendly wardens got good welcome. Nice site with good sized level pitches, like the layout. Like the radio in wash block (not my taste). Very good dog walk our dog loved having a run. Very good location for Sewerby hall, model village, Rspb Bempton all which are dog friendly. The Ship inn and martonian inn in Sewerby dogs allowed, but our favourite where ship inn and Rose and Crown at Flamborough.

Would recommend site not far to Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough. Good beaches but check where you can take dogs.

Only negative is hairdryer weak and could do with chair in laundry room.

The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The toilets and showers are immaculately clean and heated. The pitches are large, level and hard-standing. This is a good base for walking on Flamborough Head.

Booked 3 days on this site but managed to extend our stay to 5 days. What a fantastic site this is, the caravan club are known to provide good sites but it seems that this being one of the newest sites operated by them they have managed to put all there best practice experiences together to come up with this site. 'Just perfect'. Good location as well.
