Booked 1 week before going - late decision on account of UK weather. Well signposted from Ambon centre - don't use Satnav from Ambon.
Very friendly welcome - wife speaks some English - but I speak reasonable French. Choice of good sized pitches - all flat. Most of site is statics.
Toilet facilities good, plenty of hot water for showers and sinks. Small but adequate pool. Basics available in camp shop. Wifi available at reasonable price.
Dog walk at back of site really good. Site is beautifully and carefully maintained by the owner. I am confident he would deal with any issues if requested.
Handy for Sarzeau, Damgan, Penestin. Would happily go again.

Great site found at the last minute as all of the other sites in the vicinity were fully booked, despite there being an almost countless list of them in our local area campsite guide provided by the tourist information bureau. I guess that's Brittany in August. Phoned ahead and managed to reserve a pitch with hookup as the lady who answered spoke sufficient English for me to make myself understood. Upon arrival was not disappointed, the site although not a big one, has everything we could have needed and more. Owners were incredibly friendly and alwyays willing to help despite the language barrier. The touring/camping pitches at at the end of the site which means a short drive of 250 yds through the static site before you open out to the marked pitches for tents/tourers. Pitch allocated was perfectly flat and in a great spot. The site itself was clean modern and well organised with a modestly sized(but heated) outdoor pool area which must have been virtually brand new, a playground for smaller children and the site also benefited from free wi-fi. Excellent campsite - would definitely highly recommend it
