Just returned from a 3week holiday fantastic site very helpful and pleasant staff toilet block kept in excellent condition and there is a great lake for fishing to suit everyone there is also a great dog walk and even if like us you have no dog it is a great walk with a wonderful view plus pitches to suit everyone. To some up a 5star site and a credit to the staff that run it

After a bit of a tricky journey down the narrow lanes (we managed to lose a bumper off the caravan after having an argument with a bus and a hidden wall) we finally arrived.

What a fantastic site. We had a serviced pitch which was very private, but we lost the sun early evening. The shop was well stocked, and one of the ladies even offered me a bottle of tonic from her own supplies if the shop had none left. The play park was great. The dog walk was the best I have ever come across. The toilet/shower facilities were fabulous too.

There is a lake for fishing but we never used it.

Great access to Woolacombe.

Would highly recommend for families.

Campsite is set out very naturally, lots of nooks and crannies, some fully serviced, some haven't even got electric. Unfortunately when we arrived the weather was very windy and we attempted to put up our awning but was just too windy, the next 2 days were very wet and windy too, so still no awning, we eventually decided not to bother.

When we stayed here there was only a handful of us on site, felt a bit lost really. I imagine it would be great for kids, lots of trees and shrubs to hide in, and felt very safe. The beaches are great for a bucket and spade holiday around here.

Toilets were always clean and the showers are nice and large with underfloor heating and shelves to put your bits on. I think there are about 13 showers in the block I was in, and there is another block by the entrance.

Didn't have any interaction with the staff really, but seemed pleasant enough when we booked in.

This was our first visit to Warcombe Farm and we will be returning. Our daughter stayed there last year and loved it - we camped for nearly two weeks and cannot fault it.

Toilet facilities were excellent - we were there over the peak August period, but there always seemed to be enough cubicles and showers, and they were always clean and tidy. Heated floors were brilliant, and the shower cubicles were spacious with handy shelving and stools.

There are a number of different types of pitches - some secluded and some not - so something for everyone. WiFi was available - we paid 36 for 4 devices for 2 weeks.

I would give this site 10/10 for value for money - it may not be the cheapest, but it was worth every penny

A great campsite. We visited in August 2014 hoping for the best weather. Unfortunately ex-hurricane Bertha hit land during our 10 day visit. The staff were great in helping to tether our canopy whilst we were off site. The tent held up to the extreme weather albeit the pitch we were on was very exposed. Of course this would not of been a problem had we not seen this poor weather, but as campers you take the rough with the smooth.

Great idea to have visiting vendors of food. We ate at these most nights fish and chips, pizza, curry and more.

Fishing was a great experience for my 9 year oldbut cannot recommend using marshmallows as bait. See for yourself.

More unfortunately than the weather I broke my ankle during the visit (off site) with 3 days of our holiday remaining. We had to stay an extra night and again the staff were very helpful in arranging this for us in extreme circumstances.

A great site, well run and all the staff are great. The only negative is the exposed pitches but if the weather is good or you choose a less exposed pitch this will not be a problem.

This is our 3rd year camping at Warcombe Farm and no doubt we will be returning next year as well!

There are a variety of pitches to choose from, but we always choose the Premier pitch as they are completely level, very spacious and come with a sturdy picnic bench, water tap & electric hook up.

The site is extremely well run & the staff constantly monitor the site for any issues, without being at all intrusive. The facilities are amazing. Always sparkly clean and so many toilets and showers, you never have to wait even in peak season. There are also plenty of dishwashing facilities, a laundry room and a well stocked shop.

We love camping at this site as the children thoroughly enjoy fishing on the lake (3. 50 per rod, per half day). It is also a dog friendly site and there is a fantastic dedicated area for walking your dog off the lead.

It is ideally located for exploring North Devon. We can thoroughly recommend the walk to Heddon's Mouth or a visit to the Valley of the Rocks.

Wifi is available at a charge (24 for 4 devices for a week). There is a good child's play area, although to be honest there are so many other things to do, our children have not used it!

There are different food vans that visit every night if you don't feel like cooking; from wood fired pizza ovens, seafood vans & even Thai food.

I can't fault this camp site in any way. It is not the cheapest of sites, but it is top quality.
