A most excellent and clean site. A very warm welcome from Lynne the owner and a really lovely location. Everything was as it should be and the facilities were more than adequate and located very conveniently and we will be returning. Also worthy of note is the excellent food at the pub next door which is only a 3 min walk away. We would have no hesitation in recommending this site for both value for money and cleanliness.

We received a warm welcome from the owner, she prefers customers to check in at the house (which we hadn't).
We pitched on the grass but she gave us a choice of hardstanding or a grass pitch, both with hook-up. We paid £13 a night, the site was easily accessible, quiet with an amazing out look over the adjoining fields with sheep, horses and birds a plenty.
We were able to leave our caravans there on the last day so we could join friends for lunch.
We will definitely revisit.
NB This site is strictly adult only, our friends were unable to pop by as they had their 14 year old son with them.

We have just stayed here for 3 nights.
Pros - good access from the A23 and then the Burgess Hill bypass, and level, easy to obtain a Sky TV signal. A large Tesco with fuel not far away on the bypass (south from the site). There are hookups in the stable yard which is where we sited the caravan as the field was waterlogged. Easy to get to Brighton and the coast, but don't attempt this at half term, as we tried to and were held up in gridlocked traffic.
Cons - may have just been us, but not a very friendly welcome. You have to pay £1 more per night to use any more than the minimum electricity, and the basic price is now £12, not the £10 mentioned in the CC book. No views apart from the adjacent fields although the CC book states 'views'. Not much to do locally.

This is a Caravan Club CL Site. This means it is not open to non-members.This is a little used CL. Facilities are a water tap, emptying point and a WC although I didn't use or look for it. The field alongside has large trees and is used for some horses which come to the fence when called (if you are lucky). There is fenced area which is use for horse dressage training, mainly young girls who own horses kept at the stables, when is very pleasant to watch. Mr Collins - the site warden is a golf course designer and builder, so I was told by Mrs Collins, and the golf range is only 200m down the road, so ideal for golfers for practising their drives. Burgess Hill town centre is about 2-1/2m but there are a few pubs closer. Sightseeing mainly gardens and the like. We will go again for the peace and quiet.
