Vastly understated by its own web site, this caravan and motorhome site has everything you could need for a holiday in a superb area. Very close to Lytham (Blackpool's better half. We visited in March, a very quiet time, cheap and clearly we had almost exclusive use of the facilities. Ample hot water and showers, heated loo blocks, laundry, family rooms, shop and best of all, an outstanding team of folk only too willing to help in any way possible.
The children's adventure playground was being updated but clearly had everything a young child could want. Really can't wait to return. Try it. I cannot believe you will not like it.

We stayed here for the weekend with 4 children (3 under 5's).
The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a conveniently sited pitch close to the reception and toilet blocks. The reception included a small shop with basics available. Aldi and Booths supermarket were a short drive away. The toilets were a little dated but clean, showers were powerful with plenty of hot water. We were also given access to the family bathroom with was handy for showering the younger children (large wetroom with removable shower head and seating).
The play area looked modern and well looked after but was unfortunately closed when we visited due to flooding. There is however a very good new playground/ park with a good cafe on the way into Lytham (just before Booths) which is well worth a visit for children of all ages. It includes a younger children's play area and older section with zip wire etc.
We would recommend this site to others and would stay again.

Just returned from spending the jubilee bank hol weekend here, This was a great site, that's it.
But if you want a more in depth review then read on, the staff cannot seem to do enough to make your stay as enjoyable as they can for. This started even before we got to site. I booked in over the phone, then they sent out the confirmation all pretty normal, when I opened the letter I was given a few leaflets about our stay and if we used a sat nav a proper post code to navigate by ( I thought this was extremely useful seeing how they knew previous customers had issues with getting to the site). We got straight there, but if we hadn't got the satnav they had systematically wrote down easy to follow directions great!
The site was quite large, a bit like the tardis which was great for us I like 50+ pitch sites it makes it easier for my 8 year old son to make friends and have a great time as well.
After we had been on site we realised there was a family bathroom ! great but all the keys was out! then 30mins later one of the staff came and found out caravan and explained they had borrowed the key from one of the staff, once again I felt this was over and above the call of duty and was really touch ( it meant that it was a lot easy to bathe our 5 month old grandson).
Pitch size was more than adequate hard standing how ever most of the pitches are seasonal so booking is essential but when you do book I don't thing you will be disappointed, we wasn't.
Summary.
Great size site, great pitches, great facilities, unbelievable good location for Blackpool etc. Staff and great.
I am pretty sure we will be back, and the wife is very very fussy about which sites we do visit more than once.

Just returned from Eastham Hall after a 3 night stay over Easter. The park itself was very quiet and tidy with 3 shower/toilet blocks and a kids playground.
The shower block nearest to our tourer had very little hot water. We tried showering at different times of the morning but at best it was luke warm! I reported this to staff and was told (without apology) to use another block which was 5 minute walk away.
There was was a shop in Reception which was very basic (hardly sold anything!) so a trip to the supermarket is essential. There are no other facilities, which makes £30 per night a bit too expensive. We have stayed at many other sites with lots more going on for this price!
The good side of it is that we could visit Lytham (which was lovely) and Blackpool easily. We would only return if the prices were lower!

Me and my wife and son stayed here for two nights midweek. We used it as a base so we could visit the surrounding area (lytham/Blackpool)
The site itself is very clean and of a high standard, showers are warm and toilets spotless.
There is Wi-fi available if you need it, the reception sells Bread, milk, newspapers etc.
There is an excellent dog walk on site if you are thinking of taking your 4 legged friend/friends.
Lytham nearby is a very nice Upmarket town, a further 10 minute drive or so, is St Annes which has a lovely sandy beach.
We will visit again in 2012.
