My husband and I stayed at this site over the May bank holiday. The weather was lovely as was the site. The owner was very helpful and the site was very well maintained and really lovely and peaceful. There is an Indian restaurant about five minutes away which we had a takeaway from, (I think it was called Sopas) the food was really nice and well worth trying. There is a field with ponies in which you can walk your dog which was really pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed this gem of a site and would definitely return. Loved it

This site was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities clean with plenty of hot water for showers.
It is local to shops and a short distance from the walking routes of Snowdon. I had a fantastic stay here and would use this site again when visiting Wales next year.
I would recommend this site to anyone. There is a laundry facilities and good tv, mobile and Internet reception. You can also book a caravan or camping pod unit on this site.

Drove into this site after driving away from an unsuitable site. On enquiring about a pitch owner said he could fit us in. No problem and gave us an hardstanding as requested.
Site was well maintained toilet block was always clean site had information room and a washing machine. The site contains 3 separate areas for statics, tents, and caravans.
Also does b&b. And has 2 wooden tent like buildings. Would recommend this site to anyone

We spent 4 nights at the site, and despite the weather had a great time.
We chose a hard standing and these pitches had their own water point and drainage which was great.
Some of the grass pitches also have similar facilities.
There are two wooden 'tents' which can be hired together with static caravans, and the camping field and caravan touring field.
The place was clean and tidy, and the owners and family are very helpful and friendly.
Basic food items could be purchased at the shop/reception, and there is a laundry with the biggest drying machine I have ever seen!
The location is very handy for Snowdon and Caernarfon and surrounding areas.
We will definitely be going back.

We were looking for a site close to llanberis for climbing Snowdon and we found Plas Gwyn. Thank goodness we did. It's a great site.
Very clean and tidy. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
Only ten minutes drive from Llanberis and about five minutes from Caernafon.
Shop on campsite is basic but there's a Spar shop two minutes away (and a fish and chip shop).
Very child friendly and relaxed with not too many rules.
It's a great base for exploring the whole of Snowdonia, Betws y coed, Beddgelert etc and Anglesey.
We're coming back in July and that says it all.

Wow. What a fantastic little gem of a site this is. We spent our honeymoon here - first outing in a touring carvan after years of camping.
Our friends used the bed and breakfast overnight and said they had a very comfortable stay, clean rooms fab breakfast.
The site facilities were spotless, it was nice to be able to let the dogs off as it was very quiet and they played with the dogs from a neighbouring caravan.
The site is peaceful and very well maintained.
Definitely value for money we will be returning as will our friends!
