This is a really well maintained and blisteringly clean site a great credit to the very pleasant owners.
We stayed for 3 nights and used it as a base for walking in the area. The bus 'The Puffin Shuttle' runs past the site at the crossroads several times a day. We used it to travel out to St Brides Bay and then we walked the coast path back to Little Haven. Very scenic and Little Haven made a wonderful Lunch stop. The road from here back to the camp site is all up hill but not steep and not very busy. However the 100 yds from the crossroads to the camp site entrance is a bit scary - a busy bit of road with no pavements or verges in places.
The site has big pitches a brilliant camp kitchen with freezers for you to use. The dog walk is a little on the small size but the rest of the site more than made up for it. We would highly recommend it.

Have just come back from a week at Redlands. The pitches on the site are generous to say the least. The pitches sit around a large central grassy area that is ideal for kids to play on.
It is reasonably well sheltered by a hedge around the site (which was good as the week we had there was very windy at times).
The facilities and the site itself are well maintained and the owners very helpful and welcoming.
The small shop on site has the basics if you need anything but there are large supermarkets about 5 or 6 miles away for a major shop.
Little Haven is about 1. 5 miles away but at the bottom of a steep hill so transport is advisable. Personally we preferred Broad Haven as the beach there was ideal for our 2 grandsons.
Dale is a bit further afield but very pretty with a nice pub on the waterfront.
All in all an excellent site and will look to return in the future when hopefully, the weather will be a bit kinder.

Came to see the Pembrokeshire National Park and to get on to Skomer Island.
Very neat and tidy site with a pleasant welcome from the owners. The site is spacious and the central area is ideal for children and family activities although this was never noisy or intrusive. Our stay was marred by the weather (Jubilee week, 2012) and the high winds at times made the site feel exposed. The small shop was good for emergency purchases such as milk and the full English breakfast as well as sweets and some camping needs.
The toilet and shower block was clean and tidy but a bit dated; I wouldn't want to shower there in cold weather although the water was always hot enough. A bit small as well (4 WCs and 2 showers in the men's block).
I would not recommend the walk to Little Haven. It's uphill all the way back on narrow roads with banks both sides and no pavement. Little Haven itself is small but has three pubs. We didn't eat there but they seemed reasonable.
All in all a very well maintained site in a pleasant location.
Management response: Many thanks to DandT for the kind remarks following his recent visit.
We would just like to point out that there is also an additional shower and toilet with wall heaters in separate location in the facility block. Please see our website for full and accurate details and if you have any queries we are happy to answer your questions.

Just got back from a 2 night stay we found this site by chance last year hadn't booked anywhere in advanced so we just stopped and called in. We had a great welcome from the owners who are very helpful. The site is a little gem. Good area for the kids to run around with hardly any traffic to worry about. Its always been very peaceful for us. Its a good central base to Pembrokeshire. The toilet block is always very clean with lots of hot water for showers. Overall I'd give it 10-10 will be defo staying here again thank you

We have just returned from a 4 night extended bank holiday weekend. Boy was this site a great find.
How happy we were when we arrived at this site. We were greeted by the owners who booked us in and showed us to our pitch.
We arrived at 6pm and thought loads more people would be arriving as there was loads of room in the centre of the site. It later became apparent that we were the last to arrive and this is this site at it's fullest, we were thrilled.
We had a lovely 4 night stay here and the site is great for using as a base to tour Pembroke. If we had to find 1 thing to complain about it would only be the shower blocks could do with a bit of an upgrade, although they were perfectly clean and tidy and with plenty of hot water for showering and dish washing.

We visited this camp site with the idea of a total relax and that is what we got. The welcome was very friendly and the camp site was immaculately clean and quiet.
The toilet facilities were very clean even through rainy days and we never had to wait for a shower.
The shop although small stocked the basics and Tesco at Haverfordwest is just a few miles away.
We walked to Little Haven most nights which is a small very beautiful village with three really good pubs and a great atmosphere.
The pitches on site were massive so even though we were in a tent it was very private and there was no noise at all apart from the birds which is just what you want.
During our first day it was very windy but this camp site is very sheltered so perfect for tents.
Overall our stay was fantastic and I would thoroughly recommend this quiet, well kept and tucked out of the way campsite.
