A very clean site which we used for a one night stop. Toilets very clean and the piped music is a bit bizarre, but the site is aimed at the British and there are a lot of static vans owned by brits, not our type of site as they even do karaoke!.Ok as as stopover but it is next to a main road and there is quite a lot of road noise which kept us awake. We would probably not use this site again due to the road noise.The site electrics are in our blue plugs so no adaptor is required. Site has wifi but we didn't use it as it was very overpriced.

Returned to this site after a few years away and what a change. It really is a static site with a few pitches.
The facilities are good and clean but it really is only useful for getting to the boat. The takeaway is only chips and the bar food very basic stuff indeed. We did not find it very friendly at all and despite booking some months in advance were shoved on a rather awful pitch.
Road noise is still an issue as all the tent pitches are near the road junction.
If you need an overnight to the boat then ok if rather over priced.

Stayed here for one night on the way home from Vendee, on the way to the ferry port, this is a pleasant site with good facilities toilets and showers were absolutely immaculate with nice piped music played whilst you are having a shower! has a shop, pool, crazy golf and a bar.Next to a main road but this didn't really bother us. Handy for St Malo, and would use again as a stop over.

We stayed here for 2 nights on our way back home, the site is nice with spacious pitches although there aren't many for tents. Toilet and shower facilities are excellent with a new block that even has piped music! this was good until you realised that it was activated even in the middle of the night! quite entertaining ish!
The bar, pool and games areas looked great, very clean and well managed. Shop was small and basic but they provided plenty of information on events in the local area.
Overall it was a nice site but the road which you don't think is too busy initially is really very loud at night, especially as the previous review said, when you are in a tent! still as a brief stopover after or en route to the ferry it is a good choice.

Before booking in ensure the local music festival is not taking place that weekend ( it happens on the same road as the camp site) The owners employed security men for the duration to guard the site - not the nicest of experiences.

We stayed on this site for three nights on our way to the Loire Valley, it's a very handy site for anyone wanting an over night stop before travelling South. We also wanted to have a look around St Malo and found a park and ride between Bel Event and St Malo.
The site has good facilities and is very clean but it is close to a main road and there was quite a lot of traffic noise at night. This was worse for people in tents. However I would use this site again and recommend it.
