This site is just a few miles outside Ourique literally yards off the IP2. We shot straight past as there isn't a sin post on the main road, second attempt though found it down a farm lane. Although close to a main road there isn't much road noise, a hill bank between road and site blocks out most noise.
The site is owned and run a Dutch couple, it has approximately 20 pitches, all with plenty of space, some tiered and other on the main field area. All pitches have ehu and there is drinking water available. Toilets / showers are brand new and immaculate. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure.
Very peaceful and quiet site, there is a small bar that the owners open at 5pm for happy hour each night. Other than that would say you need to drive as no bars / cafes nearby for evenings.
Wifi available for €10 a week, good service. We paid €17 per night with ehu for 2 adults. Would highly recommend this site, it's really well looked after, great walks in the area (owner will supply maps) and it is fairly central for visiting the Algarve (50 km) and the Atlantic coast (20 km)
