We have just spent one night at Grange Farm. Everything was exactly as every one has said before. The site location alongside the river is very pleasant. We didn't use the facilities on site but my wife had a look round and said they were very clean and pleasant looking.

The library is quite some thing. I expected a couple of dusty shelfs with faded paper backs. This a small building with books all properly organised in order, magazines and local information. This reflects on the rest of the site because that is neatly organised as well.

We will go back and check the walk along the river to the village. It looks like it would be a nice walk in the summer. The lack of a shop on site is not an issue. The garage/small supermarket acros the road looked well stocked. Oxburgh hall is a very near to the site. We had lunch there on the Sunday. From our part of Lincolnshire this is easy to get to but close enough to the rest of Norfolk to make it a good base to tour from. Due to this being a small site it would be advisable to book before you go. The site owners said they are quickly booked up in summer.

A truly wonderful site for a relaxing holiday. As soon as you arrive you are made to feel very welcome.

The site is so well looked after, the showers and toilet block are immaculate.

We were parked next to the river, what a lovely spot that was. We enjoyed it so much we have booked to go again.

Definitely recommend a visit, the walk along the river is so nice too. It is an adult site which is very nice for those of us who want a quiet break.

There is a little traffic noise but certainly did not disturb us at all.

What a find - in a word brilliant.

Adult only site, campervan pitches are right next to the river with a clear view over the fields. Welcome on arrival was 10/10 - one of the friendliest and most welcoming sites we have visited.

The site is well kept, pitches all have ehu. Grass pitches but well draining and well cut grass.

Toilets / showers looked a bit old from outside - inside they are refurbished, clean, warm and the piped music is a nice touch. Showers are 50p for 10 minutes and they have good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

The village is a 10-15 minutes stroll along the riverbank. A small shop and takeaway plus a post office. Directly outside site is a garage / Mace selling bread, newspapers, cakes etc.

The information hut holds the biggest book lending library I have ever seen on a site. There is a laundry room and also chem disposal. Motorhomes / campers can dump water of a drainage area.

A bit of road noise in the day - faded to nothing during the night.

Nearest town Market Downham about 6 miles away. Market town with 2 supermarkets. On Friday the outdoor market has fresh fish, butchers, bread, fruit etc - well worth stocking up with great fresh produce. Plenty of nice shops to wander around and plenty of free parking (no height barriers on supermarkets for campervan).

We paid £15 for 2 adults per night with ehu. Absolute bargain for what we would say is one of the best sites we have stayed on - thanks to the people who run it, location and spotless facilities.

Excellent site, quiet, relaxing just what we needed for a few days rest, enjoyed being so close to the river and had a nice walk along side the river too.

Friendly site and warm welcome too. Toilets and showers very clean, the only downside is the tokens for the showers but can understand why, will most certainly be going back.

Although being close to a main road traffic noise is not a problem. Plenty to visit in the area and not far from large supermarkets either.

It was our first outing with our caravan and we were given a space that made it easy to reverse into, all in all one of the best sites we've been too in a long time

A highly recommended site - the owners couldn't do enough for us, the toilet/shower blocks whilst small are clean and well maintained, and the surroundings are wonderful too.

We only have a small tent, and feared the worst after torrential rain for 4 days prior to our arrival, but the secluded camping area was really well drained and not the bog we were anticipating at all.

The visiting fish and chip van (who arrived early Saturday evening) was very welcome and of a similar high standard to the site.

All in all, excellent.

We booked the site before we arrived. 3 nights including caravan, 2 adults, an awning and a dog. It's cost was £16 a night with electric hook up. We were pitched just 20 feet away from the river and the lovely friendly hungry ducks.

The people who run the site are very friendly. You are given a key to use the showers. There are 2 ladies and 2 mens, with a toilet in the shower block and a separate toilet from the showers, there's also a laundry room, which you have to ask for access to.

The showers are immaculate and are plugged into the radio, there is 2 sinks in each shower block too. You need to buy tokens and they cost 50p for 10 minutes in the shower. As a lady who washes long hair, the 10 minutes is an ample amount of time so it only costs £1 a day for 2 showers.

There is a lovely library which has so many books and games and a visitors book.

There is a small river walk which you can walk your dog along but please take poop bags and a lead as they are very strict on keeping your dog on a lead and clearing up after it. There are plenty of rubbish bins to place them in to.

The grounds are well looked after and it really is very pretty. It is quite close to a busy road but to be fair we didn't really notice it at the important times of day and that's sleep time.

TV signal is not great unless you have the mod cons, which we don't yet but we managed to get a good enough signal to watch ITV for the England / USA game.

Its obviously a popular site as some vans are static.

I would recommend this site to anyone, a lovely stay.

Oh and its adults only which is lovely too, sorry for owners of children.
