Stopped here for a couple of nights, it really deserves to be much more popular. At only £6. 00 per night it's really good value, the food is good value and worth every penny.
The two owners are friendly and very welcoming, if there is a downside it's that there are only basic facilities, ie grey and black waste, and obviously water, are available, but on the plus side the paddock is relatively flat, and there are a couple of apple trees, and the pub is only a short stagger.
So if you're on your way to or from the West Country, this Caravan Club CL is only a 10 minute drive from the A303, and well worth a visit.

Lovely level cl. Toilets only available when pub open, but in a tourer that's not a problem. Tried the food, which was great. From the Landlords we understand that this is a very quiet pub in the Summer but busy in the winter with skittles/darts teams. Great location for Wincanton Race Course & Golf. Ideal for Fleet Air Arm Museum & Haynes motor musuem. Very quiet as field is situated behind the pub and not next to the road. Welcoming owners. Would return when next in the area. Very cheap at £6 per night for touring caravan and 2 adults (no electric available)
