In the grounds of the Manoir de Maffrecourt - Champagne Undercanvas - Champagne Camping - Spacious - just 4 "Car Free" rustic tent pitches, & our supertent in over 5 acres of grounds, where you'll enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Champagne countryside. We also have one "pitch" (Lievre Camper Van pitch) for a self contained camper van or RV with easy access (220v electricity available).
You may also choose "Sanglier" our Supper Tent, fully equipped with floor, double bed and two singles (with mattresses),wardrobe, kitchen equipment, sink, gas cooker/grill, cutlery, plates, pots & pans etc, glasses. Sleeps 4.Opens fully on one side. Superb views of the countryside.
Toilet/washroom facilities in main reception. Use of 20 litre solar shower packs free of charge for use in our rustic shower cubicle, completely private.
Reception features a selection of wines, Champagnes, home made apple juice, ice creams, mineral water and soft drinks - all self service 24/7. A menu of home prepared meals is also available to be pre-ordered a day in advance, including breakfasts:

Nearby Attractions
The Manoir de Maffrecourt is a few minutes drive from a small town called Sainte Menehould which is on the N3 between Chalons-en-Champagne and Verdun, in the Champagne Ardenne region (and for interest was the birth place of Dom Perignon) . We're around 3 hours from Calais at a reasonable speed and Disneyland Paris is only around 90 minutes away on one road door to door! 30 minutes from Chalons en Champagne, 40 minutes from Verdun.45 minutes from the Champagne houses of Reims.
Directions
Take A4 towards Strasbourg and Metz
At approximately 211km marker take exit 29 for Sainte Menehould
Once through the toll youll come to a T junction
Turn left towards Sainte Menehould
Follow the road to another T junction and turn left
Follow the road (N3) which is away from town and so sign post for « Braux Ste Cohiere » D284
Follow this small country road through Braux Ste Cohere and keep going for around 2 miles into the village of Maffrecourt
The first major turning on the left is « Rue De lEglise »
