The camp ground is divided into flat, well drained areas for ready-erected fully equipped tents and private camping in a variety of settings. Next to your tent, there is ample room for your car. You can choose your own pitches and we allow generous spacings to protect privacy. Electric hook-ups are available in two of our camping areas. For those wishing to bring a dog on holiday, a designated camping area is available to you.
We offer 2, 4 and 6 berth Cabanon tents for hire and these are fully equipped with everything you may need, apart from sleeping bags and pillows although these may be hired on site if required. To assist you with travel arrangements we have no set change over days but in high season we may require a minimum letting period of one week.
Our converted out-buildings provide modern facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Hot showers are free and there are separate blocks for ladies and gentlemen. There is a washing-up area and a laundry equipped with a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. For our tiny campers we have a baby corner.
Nearby Attractions
The rural setting of the campsite offers many pretty walks, easy access to L'Ancresse Common, the golf course and historical sites. Local information about the island and its attractions is readily available through our managers who are resident on site.
Directions
Leave St Peter Port following signs for St Sampson and the North. Continue staight on, through the roundabout at the Red Lion Hotel and bear left at the filter towards Pembroke Bay and L'Ancresse. At the second set of traffic lights (Crossways) turn right. Take the first turning on the left signposted to La Bailloterie. The camp site is at the top of the lane, turn right and follow the track to the car park at the top on the right.
