NOW TAKING BOOKINGS FOR THE GOLF OPEN 2010
Nydie is a family run site set in 10 acres with fantastic views of St.Andrews, The Bay and the Golf Course with spectactular sun rises and stunning sun sets.
WE ARE MIDGE FREE.
The site has a childrens play area, mini football pitch, shower and toilet block with plenty of free hot water, attached to this is a camp kitchen with dish washing sinks,chairs and a stand for your stoves etc.This proves very useful in bad weather for those without a communal area.Along side these fascilities the site has 6 electric hook ups,chemical disposal and space for at least 20 family tents. There is an on site shop for your essentials and also sell B.Jannetta ice cream (made on the premises and now in their 101st year)
The site is a short distance from the village of Strathkinness, where you will find a shop,post office,2 parks and a public house serving food 7 days.Check our reviews on scottishcampng.com

St.Andrews and the surrounding area has far more to offer than just Golf, we have 2 fantastic beaches,Castle, Cathederal, Aquarium, Byre Theatre, Leisure Centre, Botanic Gardens, Museums.

Directions
Take the A91 to St.Andrews, then once you've gone over the roundabout at Guardbridge take first right sign posted to Strathkinness, go up to the top of the hill and at the 20 mph sign indicate right and turn right in front of the Strath Tavern, then Nydie campsite is 1 mile on the left. You'll see a yellow sign.
