Portesham Dairy Farm is a family run campsite on a small a working farm in the Dorset countryside.
The site is on the edge of the village of Portesham located on the Jurassic coast route approx 6.5 miles from Weymouth.
The site is level and sheltered from the road & has facilities for the camper who enjoys a quiet holiday.
Our facilities include a wash up room, wash basins, flush toilets, hot showers, electric shaver points, hand driers, hair drier point, baby changing and chemical disposal points.
We offer a free ice pack freezing service.
The launderette is chargeable & has a token operated washing machine & tumble drier.
We have a small play area consisting of 2 flat swings, 2 baby swings & a slide.
We offer 3 types of pitches
A Standard Pitch is grass with no services.
A Semi serviced pitch has a 10amp hook up & shared water tap.
A Fully serviced pitch has a 16amp hook up, water tap & drainage for washing up/shower water & can be grass or hardstanding.
Standard, Semi serviced & Hardstanding Fully serviced pitches can accommodate units up to 6 metres wide. The grass Fully serviced pitches can accommodate units up to 7 metres wide.
We also offer seasonal pitches & caravan Storage.

Nearby Attractions
The Kings Arms pub is 230 yds from the campsite & serves food & has a large garden for children to play.
The village of Abbotsbury is 2.5 miles away & has lots to offer with it's world famous Swannery, Sub tropical gardens and Tithe barn play centre for children, there are also lovely tea rooms and shops to explore.
For fishermen the sea fishing is excellent along the Chesil beach.
The Hardy monument is an ideal way to view Dorset & it's spectular coastline.
Directions
From Dorchester take the A35 towards bridport, after 5 miles turn left at Winterbourne Abbas & follow the signs to Portesham. Carry on through the village at the Kings arms pub turn left. the campsite is 300yds on the right.
From Weymouth take the B3157 sign posted chickerell, follow the road. The campsite is on the left as you enter the village of Portesham.
