Just had our first outing with the Mojave and I think we're impressed.
As others have said, it's very roomy - the big bedroom fit in 2 adults on airbeds, and well as our dog (in his crate!). The second room we use for storage, but it would easily fit 2 adults. The living area is also very roomy - perhaps 2 roomy for 2 of us, but it certainly came in useful when it was too wet to leave the tent!
The Mojave is easy to erect - it takes the two of us about 25 minutes from start to finish, but we're still novices. You do need at least two people though, especially in the wind, as the whole thing was threatening to take off when we did it!
We had a lot of wind and torrential rain - the tent held up very well in the wind. It performed ok in the rain, but after 24 hours of it we did have some leaks through the ceiling - a few drips on the top of the bedroom bits. Still - everything stayed almost-dry and once the rain stopped the tent dried out very quickly.
It's easy to pack away too, which is always a bonus for us, and it you pack it well (we managed to pack it better than it came when we bought it) the tent bag shrinks and becomes a bit more manageable. The bag is great though - makes it easy to transport.
So, all in all I'd say it's a good novice family tent, as long as you don't have more than a couple of days of driving rain!

I've downsized from a Vango Vista 800 which was a fantastic family tent, but family and friends have bought their own tents, so the vista 800 was too large. We looked round a was stuck between Vango Icarus 500 and Mojave 5, we took advice and bought the Icarus got it home and erected it and found it wasn't for us.
We felt the doors wouldn't keep my dog secure and he would get out, so we purchased the Mojave 5 and what a great tent, both side doors zip fully round and have mossie nets so you can have both doors open and no insects get in. The bedrooms are very spacious and are separate 3 and 2, the living area is very good, enough room for all our equipment and at night we had 6 adults and a large dog in and was comfortable. We had all weathers scorching sun(the side doors opened with nets down and let fresh air in), high winds (the tent stood up very well) and torrential rain (not one leak). We erected and pegged out in 20 mins and dismantled in about the same time, no problems at all. Great Tent For first timers and diehards alike. P.S Don't listen to reps at go outdoors ha ha.

Manufacturer's Description
Easy to erect, easy to dismantle, and offering generous living space, the Mojave 5 is a great choice for families wanting comfortable, fuss-free camping, or couples wanting extra space for storage and fun.
It pitches outer first, with separate 3 and 2 person rooms that clip in to the underside.
With taped seams, a sewn-in groundsheet and completely waterproof outer layer (3000HH), you can be sure of total protection from rain and draughts.
The poles are angled to give you maximum headroom throughout the tent, so no need to stoop when you're inside. The pole sleeves have slick inners to make pitching the tent quick and easy.
In warmer weather, the breathable inner and 2 side doors with full mesh panels give you superb ventilation and allow plenty of light into the tent. The large front door can be extended out as a canopy, using the steel porch poles, offering shelter from sunshine or rain.
It has bright and reflective pre-attached guylines to keep it stable and secure, and more visible in the dark. There's also a electrical cable access point allowing you to use appliances inside the tent with the minimum of fuss.
A practical and versatile option for families, group campers or anyone who needs comfort and breathing room when out in the wild.
