Just back from our first trip with the hurricane and JUST LOVED IT! Hubby and I in one bedroom with plenty of room. Storage boxes and toilet in adjacent pod. Three sons in next with divider down and containing clothes rail and more room. In main living area had the picnic table,kitchen and small camping table and chair and still had more room. The storage sleeves came in very handy.No more backbreaking/crouching. Do need 2-3 people to erect. Cant wait to go off again! Got it for good price on ebay. Top marks for a top tent.

Just used the tent in the wind and rain, great space, no leaks. Only used one bedroom and opened it up as there was only two of us so loads of room. Would recommend to anyone, just a couple or family, went camping with friends, who came in to watch the Olympics and there was still space. Fitted on a normal pitch, even though a big tent. Also liked the canopy over the doors as you could keep the top open without getting rain in.

Tenda di buona qualità. Molto alta all'interno e quindi adatta a persone di statura elevata.
Soggiorno di grandi dimensioni per ricovero armadio cucina, sedie, tavolo in caso di pioggia e per uso cinema, con spazio per le poltrone.
La qualità è più che discreta; non raggiunge l'ottimo a causa di una nastratura interna male eseguita per circa 15 cm. Vicino ad un ingresso.
E' stata testata con 2 temporali, di cui 1 di forte intensità e non ha avuto nessun problema di trafilaggio di acqua.
E' stata testata anche in condizioni di forte vento per 3 ore consecutive, senza nessun problema.
Un acquisto che consigliere a famiglie numerose.
In 3 persone è molto comoda.
Living large shelter for kitchen cabinet, chairs, table in case of rain and cinema use, with space for chairs.
Quality is above average, does not reach the excellent due to a bad internal taping performed for about 15 cm near an entrance.
It's been tested with 2 storms, which were very intense and had no problem of water infiltration.
It's been tested in windy conditions for 3 hours, no problem.
A recommended purchase for large families. For 3 people it is very convenient.

Love this tent. Like other reviewers, we bought from e-bay for roughly half the RRP quoted above. The Hurricane is solid, robust, spacious (especially the height - very important for accommodating 2 adults and 2 growing teenagers) and it's incredibly easy to put up, no more than an hour even in tricky conditions.
Very highly recommended for families or large groups.
Just be aware that it has no canopy or awning so you are at the mercy of the elements when cooking or you can buy something like a Coleman universal awning for about £25 to go with it.

This tent is fantastic. It's camping in luxury. No more crouching down to move around you can walk tall and save your back! We bought this tent brand new on e-bay for £180. It's so easy to put up and there is so much room inside for those rainy days we sometimes get. I would recommend this tent to everyone.

Wow what can I say, what a tent, I looked everywhere for a review on this tent before I bought one, and couldn't find one. So I took a chance and it most certainly paid off!
We have a growing family,me my wife 3yr old son, a 14mth old daughter and 2 big eng mastiffs
Put it this way we could all have fitted in one bedroom!
It has one large bedroom one side that can be split into a 2+4 bedroom
Opposite a 4 person bedroom and a separate 2 person bedroom, we put a travel cot and our son in the 4 person bedroom and still had enough room in it to fit another 2!
The toilet in the 2 person bedroom and we were in the large bedroom with the dogs. It seemed like we took up a small corner of this room lol.
It took me and the wife 45 min to put the tent up and that was in gusty weather!
So easy it was unreal.
We went away this weekend and had the most atrocious weather ! torrential rain, thunder & lightening and strong winds, it stood up to all of it and dried quickly after.
Worth every penny spent !
Rrp of £499 picked mine up for £275 on ebay.BARGAIN.
To us this is the elite of the elite of all tents!

Combined flexibility and stability. The poles are made of shatter proof fibre glass that you can rely on even in strong wind. With a water column of 5,000 mm Hurricane is absolutely waterproof. In addition, the PU coated Polyester is UV resistant and weatherproof.
A cover for the inner tent floor, a lot of accessories such as guy ropes, tent pegs and a manual are included. The tent comes in a useful carrying bag. A repair kit is also included.
