We picked one of these up for under £150 for a 10-night holiday and a festival, and have been very impressed.
After reading Martyn B's review above, we put it up in the garden first and got the garden hose out to check for leaks/problems. Fortunately it was fine, as the festival was pretty much non-stop rain and very strong winds. The tent stood up well, but it was more of the same on our holiday on a cliff-top campsite in Yorkshire. Everybody's tents were flapping about. Some had broken poles, some got completely wrecked, but ours stood firm and we are looking forward to this year's trips in more sheltered locations.
My only minor criticisms/warnings would be as follows:
1. The instructions are next to worthless. It actually isn't that difficult once you know what you're doing though, and can be put up quite easily in around 30-40 minutes; just give it a couple of practice runs before you take it out camping, so you're up to speed.
2. The top pole in the central living area is a right pain to get in. I'm 5'10' and I can only just about get this little pole in place, with a lot of struggling, swearing and sweating. If you are shorter than me, then consider taking a little step or something to stand on or you simply won't be able to get the pole in.
3. Not really a criticism as such, but please note that there is no porch area to the tent. The door zips straight into the living area. After the first trip with the tent we found this was something that we missed, so we bought a Khyam Universal Sun Awning for about £50 that matches the tent very well and provides that extra bit of protection/privacy. I now just consider this an integral part of the tent, and can't imagine putting the tent up without the awning too. I would recommend this or something similar to anybody, as an addition to the Coleman Modulus. I've uploaded a photo of the tent with the awning on, to show how it looks with this in place.
All in all, I would thoroughly recommend the Coleman Modulus to anybody looking for a nice-sized tent for a great price. This is a hell of a tent for the money.

This is a wonder, after tent camping in a large family tent for years we decided to get a tent for weekends and we struck lucky with this one.
No real problems with putting it up. Took about an hour but this could be done a lot quicker if the weather raining, bedrooms are a very good size with plenty of pockets, living area has load's of headroom and even a tie for a lamp in the ceiling.
Had no problems with leaking, the idea of zipping off a bedroom is so clever.
Myself and family have camped for years and have never seen, used or bought such a good tent

Further to last post! We went to a local site, so that we could see what it performed like. The wife suggested that we go when there was the likelihood of rain, to check if it leaked or not. No chance I said, - fool. At three in the morning I was woken by water spraying from the entire dome area of the tent, there didn't seem to be any proofing at all in this area. So we put everything under a couple of picnic blankets and went back to sleep. We packed up that morning and went home. I phoned Yeomans as soon as I got through the front door, and they could not have been more helpful. A new tent has been ordered and will be with me next weekend. I hope that this time the new tent lives up to its waterproof rating (6000mm). I will let you know.

I have to agree with HelenaB, (no relation!) that the instructions are actually more confusing than helpful. We have just purchased one and thought it would be a good idea to put it up before getting to site. Go with your instincts, the blue pole goes in the blue sleeve etc. Further to half an hours discussion with a friend who seemed very confident with these tents, it was easy to erect. With this in mind the tent is impressive, both in its build quality and size. It is a four person tent, but then I have seen tents of the same size claiming to be six berth. Further posts to be sent when we have used it. Regards to all.

This is my first tent as an adult and I've found it quite simple to use - after the first, confused efforts!
The two bedroom areas are on the cosy side - with two camp beds in there there's no room left for anything else. It's great for two or three, cosy for 4. In retrospect I wish we'd gone for the X5 which is just slightly bigger - but having a reasonably small tent is important for us so this still wins.
The main living area of the tent seems really large - there's lots of headroom and windows plus the light interior colours mean that the tent always seems roomy and light. The downside of this light interior is that in the summer it gets light pretty early!
I managed to put the tent up by myself in an hour - with two of us it takes about half that time.
Having spent two days in the tent in the rain I can say it definitely didn't leak!
The only real downside to the tent are the instructions which are appalling. So it took us a while to figure out what was going on first time we put the tent up in the garden - but once we got past that it's fine.
In conclusion - neat, slim, cosy but large airy living area and it looks great!
