I bought this as a second tent for myself and my two young kids to go away in (I can't manage the big tent on my own). We can put this tent up easily and it has plenty of room for a few nights away in the summer holidays.
When I first received it I erected it in the garden and watered it with the hosepipe. I found a couple of minor seam leaks which I sealed with a can of Fabsil and I haven't had a problem since.
The sewn in groundsheet is great, most tents of this size don't seem to have them.
The guy lines are not attached, so I had to have a crash course in tying re-threaded figure eight knots.
The tent pegs that come with it are just the wire type, which always bend, so I replaced them before I used the tent.
The bedrooms take a double airbed, just! I found it was easier to blow them up in position as it is quite tight getting them through the door once they are blown up.
The living area is 200 x 170 with head room in the centre. Easy Camp do a rug/carpet which is 200 x 180 and fits perfectly for a bit of extra comfort.
We used this tent with the Coleman canopy/awning which extended our living area quite a bit.
I don't really know what else to say. It's ideal as a starter tent or for odd days away.

This 4 man tent is perfect if you are looking for a cheap tent to take the whole family camping away in. This four person tent has two separate bedrooms, each to sleep two people, and a communal area in the middle, making them great family tents. The bedrooms measure 200cm x 120cm x 140cm, and the middle area measures 170cm x 200cm x 170cm in height, making this tent a total of 410cm in length. It comes with two inner bedroom tents made from breathable polyester, a fly sheet, and a fully sewn in ground sheet.
These great camping tents also come with colour coded poles for simple erection, and easy to follow instructions. The guy ropes are also of a bright colour so that they stand out more preventing people from tripping over them. The front door can also be used as a canopy giving you just that little bit more open space.
These tents also come with UV Protection, to reduce the risks caused by the sun, and a hydrostatic head of 3000mm, making it more than adequate for dealing with our wet British summers.
