Hello my name is Derek and I am new to this forum.
I have recently bought a CI Cusoner motor home that needs lot of work doing to it, I am currently working on the carver gas fire, l need advice on how to wire the piezo igniter, their are two wires with special connectors coming from under the fire they look like they have to do with blown air or something which the van doesn't have, there is a third wire coming l think from the gas valve it has a fire sheath around it, the piezo currently has no wires attached.

Welcome to the board.. If you google for Carver 1800, hopefully you might find a manual for it, otherwise there are a number of posts on various forums about this heater.
Did you buy from a dealer or privately? If from a dealer, then did you know the heater wasn't working?

I would also urge caution when working with gas.

I would expect one wire from the piezo to go to the ignition electrode and the other to the heater frame.
Since it doesn't have electronic ignition, the 'wire' from the gas control valve might be the thermocouple.
