Hi, it's been a while but I'm in the market for another van. I've got my eye on one & I can't wait to start buying stuff for it (a lot of the interior has been done already, and it looks superb externally).

What are the latest generation of awnings like? Is it worth shelling out s for something like one of the Olpro inflatable ones?

Thanks, A

I'd say, get your van done the way you want it, and use it for a season. Then decide whether or not you need an awning, having been eyeing them up on sites you go to. They take space and weight allowance, so you need to be sure what you need it for.

We bought an Olpro Cocoon Breeze, a customer return that was 140 less than a new one.

It's a revelation. I can't justify selling our Norfolk Lake but when I do we'll be replacing it with an inflatable Outwell...
