You should not need a booster pump with a combi boiler, but do check the flow rate on the shower before you buy it, as some, especially the electric showers, are very low and designed to save water rather than give you a hotel standard good drenching.
Later this year we will be installing an electric shower for my elderly fathers use into our new utility room on the ground floor, and have gone for a Mira Sport 10.5kw Boost, this shower allows us to adjust the rate of flow for his needs as well as being able to use it instantly when the main house heating and hotwater sysyem is turned off during the summer and on occasions when we have just been away with ghe caravan and fancy a hot shower at ghe end of a long journey without having to wait for a full tank of water to heat up. Your dimentions are about the same as our ensuite btw, but the 5k was for a total back to the bare bones refurbishment.
We too have used vinyl flooring from Carpertright, its from the Goliath range in a slate grey tiled effect, which is being fitted in 10 days time.
Good luck with your project, l hope its all that you hoped for once the work is completed, although l dont envy you of all the dust and mess that you get during the process!
