Just received an email as above purporting to be from BT but I don't trust it. Has anyone else got one? It states that my account will be suspended if I don't log in.

This sort of thing is usually a scam/ virus/ phishing and will usually contain a link that does not take you to the official website.

Try loging onto your BT account via your normal route rather than any link they attach.

BT certainly don't send e mails threatening you will be suspended if you don't log on.

The first thing I always look for in such e-mails is whether it is addressed to me personally. If it is addressed to something like Dear Valued Customer I am immediately suspicious!!!
