Last Thursday, heading to a hospital appt.,I lost my mobile in Glasgow. Rang my son from the hotel Thursday night and he started a enquiry going - not easy when a lot of companies aren't answering customer centre calls. But, by 9.30am Friday morning, it had been located and was on it's way back to Oban! How's that for service?
I was told that, it would not have been found so speedily had it not been an item of curiousity! It's a "very old" Nokia 6303 with a dented metal case!
Well done to the bus companies involved - thank you.

Thanks for good wishes - these were tests but I'm livid - was told I needed to be there for two hours for all of them - lasted 20 minutes as two weren't needed as a glitch had sent the wrong paperwork. I don't mind having to go to Glasgow for MRI scans but I do object to being £100 out of pocket for two nights away for 20 minutes! Second time this has happened and even the NHS staff think it's bananas as both sets of tests could have been done at Oban if the consultants came up - seems that there's a lot of us having to go to Glasgow now when before Oban was used.

My niece had her phone stolen in a library. I haven’t worked out how to use it but iPhones have a “find my phone” facility & she got the phone & the thief together.
Re the Glasgow debacle, I can only sympathise.
