Love that attention to detail, with a picture of your dog on the table too

Thanks Floggitt

He always camped with us when he was alive and loved it,so Sue decided she would take this photo with us.
Still heartbroken 5 months after he left us.

Proper glamping love the TV and arial set up, nice to see the yorkshire tea. Is that a slow cooker on the side?

Yes it is,its a 3.5L Cookworks one from Argos.A very nice bit of kit, especially camping when the weather is cooler.
Just bung all the ingredients in before you go out in the morning and return to a lovely hot tasty meal, and a long queue outside the tent.

We were Virginia 5 virgins until this week - it was brilliant! The wind and rain proved to be irrelevances. The silver thing is a telescope hiding from the elements.

Please note from now on, all pictures must be hosted on the UKCampsite.co.uk, or they will be removed

It is dead easy to upload them and here's how to do it

1. Go to http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/tents/ and search for your tent

2. Click on the tent to bring up the details page, then click on the link for Member Uploaded Images

3. Click Browse to select an image from your computer, and select the photo(s) you want to use. Enter a comment, then click on the Upload Image button

4. The photo will then be uploaded and appear on the website.

5. If you want to include the photo on a thread, or post, click on it once uploaded, to bring up the large version. You'll then see the photo, and at the bottom a link, something like
http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/tents/images/userimages/3125.jpg

6. Highlight the entire link address, and right click and copy it

7. Back in your post, click on the 20 button, to include an image.

8. Paste the link from step 6, and click okay

9. Submit your post! The image will now appear in your post on the thread.

Doing it this way ensures images are uploaded to one place, and kept to a reasonably uniform size for posting on threads. It also means they won't disappear into the ether ever, as they are hosted on this website. Finally it means users of the tent reviews page will also benefit, as well as those who read the forums.

Cheers  Ratty

our first tent - the Coleman Coastline 8 deluxe 2010.

Used twice last year for a couple of overnight stays .... 2011 is bringing us weeks in France and multiple UK weekends! Its a great tent, really spacious and since this pic we have invested in a lovely side porch for the kitchen and other nice bits for the inside.

Those arent all our chairs - we seemed to be the communal bum sitting area for all our friends!

We have bought a Soul Pad bell tent and not used it yet. Can't wait. I could not believe how easy it was to put up and take down. Must stop buying stuff for our trips but so far have plans to use it 3 times this summer - sea barn farm in Dorset, priddy folk festival in somerset and a camp site near the Eden project. Fingers crossed for good weather! Silliest purchase so far - solar powered fairy lights :-) Most useful purchase - not sure yet but probably tent carpet to insulate us from the cold. Mulu awning is being picked up from brother in law in Amsterdam as it was much cheaper and we were travelling over anyway... So excited!!!!

PS: the tent is not pink - it was beautiful morning light which made it glow pink :-)
