Hi,ive only just joined the site and caravans and know very little about them,hopefully somebody may be able to help me out,my problem being the electrics,niether the 240v or 12v operate correctly,i can only get the fridge extracor fan and 3 lights to work,any help would be greatly appreciated,

Hi Peter,thanks for reply,i think van is a 1987 500/2 the water pump water heater fire or lights dont work using mains in fact nothing works on mains

Hi Peter,thanks for reply,ive had a look at my water heater,its a carver cascade mk 2,gas cal 1l/butane elec supp 12v dc 0.5a max,ive charged the battery and hooked it up,ive tried the heater ( carver caravelle 4 ) set the ecm to caravan and aux the green light on the wall mounted control comes on and heater makes a noise then the green light flashes but heater doesnt come on,ive also turned on the pump on the ecm but the pump doesnt pump water,sorry to ask so many questions,

many thanks for your help,ive turned everything on and off a few times whilst turning the fuses off,and only one fuse has any effect,which indicates what you said,ive got a blown fuse,thanks again for your help,
