So, all done with 3D printing one. I exhausted every option I could find for buying one, so, I made one.
First I got the rough size of the cover by measuring the inside of the vent hole (Mk1):
Then, I added in the angle, and adjusted the notch at the bottom (Mk2).
Once I was happy it was a snug fit, I went full size, here it is in action:
The colour is slightly off, but the friction fit is nice and tight. It didn't come off as cleanly as I had hoped from the printer, but I'm happy with it.
Took the caravan out last weekend, and it worked fine. Had the fridge on gas (don't usually have EHU unless its 10C or less outside), and it didn't melt into a puddle, which is what I would have expected. It did warp slightly, it now has a curve to it, I suspect this is due to the tight fit and the heat.
All-in-all though, worked out pretty well.
