Failing a genuine Rapido part, try looking at classic car trim suppliers for generic profile seal by the metre/yard, chances are Rapido only bought in standard seals rather than had a custom one made.

Here's one of the best known companies for seals: https://www.woolies-trim.co.uk/

Google 'classic car rubber seals' for others.

Try looking at Seals Direct's website. Measure a piece of the existing profile and look through the listings until you find a good match.

been in touch with seals direct found 2 that may do the job problem with one is only sell in 50mtre coil £300 the other also looks promising at£6.50 a mtre as i only need 12 mtrs asked if they can send sample of that one,

purchased 12 mtre,s of rubber seal will fit it when i fold the van what i find suprising is that in 30 years you can still get seals that are the same today as when the van was made

im not, esp from seals direct, anything is possible, once you have the correct extruder machine
