I recently posted that the toilet flush stopped working for no apparent reason, I had many helpful replies, with checking for an in line fuse , water pump and possible pc board replacement.
My van is a 2019 Swift Elegance 645 and is fitted with the C262 toilet and unlike the C250 models does not have a fuse in the cassette compartment that I can see, it also does not have a fuse under the PC board below the flush switch.
I have checked the fuse (5 Amp) in the main PSU (which also works the piezo ignition) on the cooker and that fuse is ok.
I ordered and fitted for good measure , a new pump, a new pc board for the flush and a new reed board for the compartment that indicates when flush full..
Yet the flush still does not work?
There seems to be no power to the flush unit yet the main PSU fuse is ok and I have looked under the kitchen cupboards of the cable run and can see no damaged wiring?
Someone told that they do not think there is an in line fuse in the C260 models, if that is the case I cannott see why there is no power or what else I can check, before having to take the van to the dealer to sort out?
At ideas of anything else I can check would be really helpful.
Thanks

I'm no expert so I did a quick search and found this: https://www.caravanclub.co.uk/club-together/discussions/information-technical-tips-advice/caravans/problem-with-thetford-c262-toilet/
And this:

Hi RFdemon
Thanks for the reply.
I have checked both of those links but unfortunately did not help.
One mentions the PC board under the switch , which I have replaced with a new one and the other said check the fuse for the C262 toilet in the cassette compartment. This answer comes up many times on links , but there is no visible fuse in the C262 cassette compartment, the visible fuse to which is referred is on a different model Thetford toilet.
I have replaced both PC boards (flush and reed board) and a new pump and it’s still dead.
I’m convinced there is no power getting to the toilet yet the fuse on the PSU is fine and I can see no damage to any visible wiring between the PSU and the toilet .
It’s totally baffling.
If there is an inline fuse , I would really like to be able to find it on this model (C262)?

As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.

Open the cassette door and at the front right hand side at the floor level prize the small panel up and underneath you should find a connector for the main wiring. Test with meter if you have 12 volts. If so the fault must be on the toilet wiring. If not then the feed from the consumer unit must have a fault somewhere.

Hi birdman
Thanks for the info, I have just borrowed a multimeter from my brother this evening to check out your suggestion.
I will give it a try tomorrow and see if there is power at the connector.
