Hi, I have a Airgo stratus 600 with the easy pack bag but I'm looking for proper Holdell for it. Has anyone already got a bag that fits this tent? Or can you recommend one.
Thank you

I don't know the tent, but quite often other makes of bags can be used, which is what I have done more than once.

For larger tents for example, Bell tent Boutique and Boutique Camping or whatever, both sell canvas tent bags?

Hi Matrix.
Welcome to the forum.

It appears you have the correct and specific bag for the tent, as issued by the manufacturer?
It appears that, as this is described as an "Easy fit" bag, it may be a little loose/baggy? Is there more to it than that?

I doubt many (if any!) folk who have this tent would bother to change the already supplied "proper" bag, so I doubt you'll get a response from someone who could point you in the direction of a "better fitting" bag.

All I could suggest is to roll up the tent, add anything else you wish to bag up with it (if at all), and take some measurements. Then it's the not-too-small-matter of searching the internet for a suitably sized bag, in your preferred material, shape, design etc.

If I've read your post correctly, my advice does seem like an awful lot of faff (and possible expense?), considering you already have a bag that the manufacturers deem suitable?

May I ask if I'm understanding this correctly, and why you would want/prefer a different bag?
You mention a "proper holdall". Is the supplied bag a different shape/design from the norm? Is it not as easy to load as it claims?

Hi and thank you for your reply, the problem is it's not a very good quality bag with this tent. The easy bag supplied does not provide adequate strength or structure to help keep the tent secure. My friend has the High gear Airgo Nimbus 8 and it's got a proper holdall as such.
I'm just looking for something like this Nimbus holdall really or if anyone else has the same thoughts as me regarding the easy pack bag supplied.
Appreciate your thoughts. Thank you .
Ps I did take a look at the boutique shops mentioned above but it seems it's for bell tents mostly. Where can you get spares for the Nimbus or any other suitably sized bag ie Berghaus air 8?
