We use to camp all the time years ago when we had younger children and had to have large tents. We have took a 5 to 6 year break from camping due to health reasons.
We have decided to get back into camping but would like a smaller tent now our children are adults and flown the nest ( we had large 8 person ones before)
We are looking for a 4 person tent. 1 or 2 bedrooms. Separate living area which you can fully stand up in. Not fussed about standing up in the bedroom. Sewn in groundsheet. A canopy be nice but not a necessity. Maximum Budget £150 as we want to see if we enjoy it again before investing a lot in a tent.
Thank you for any help

I would recommend a used Outwell Trout Lake 4 or Bear Lake 4 but you would need slightly more than £150. These polycotton tents are built to last and so much more comfortable than polyester. Substantial zip in groundsheet, versatile bedroom compartment, room to stand up in living area, 3 opening windows at the front with opening insect mesh, well ventilated etc, etc. Lots of reviews on here from seasoned and novice campers alike. Well worth the extra expense and you wouldn`t loose out either. If you decided that camping wasn`t for you, you would easily sell it on as they are quite sought after. Here`s my trusty old Trout Lake 4.
