Just had ten nights in rooftop tent, fantastic, so warm off the ground.
Some have awning but are more for higher roof cars/vans. we just have a standard car and awning a bit slack but ideal for storage and shelter
IT IS JUST A TENT, NO EATING/COOKING/WASHING/STANDING UP SPACE, its a bed to sleep read or God forbid, talk etc (think small 3 man tent).
Fast to put up, fast to put down, always on the car in season,
Going for a nice long drive, picnic BBQ don't want to go home? flip the tent up, Great!!!
