I had an Outwell Hornet 6SA fail on me on holiday last summer. All the hosing that connects the tubes has completely perished and Outwell tell me that they don't make replacements. Has anyone else had this happen with an Outwell tent?
It was only four years old and I don't think it's unreasonable that something that costs almost £1400 should last longer than this. It's particularly annoying that their suggested solution is to buy another tent (from them, naturally) and send the other one to landfill. I asked them about recycling and it was clear that they couldn't have cared less.
Would never buy a tent from Outwell again - their customer service is dreadful - and would steer clear of inflatable tents in general. I feel bad because a friend bought an inflatable tent after I'd raved about how great ours was
