Can anyone confirm that the Vancouver carpet is a rectangle?? I've looked at the picture of the tent and the living area seems to be a hexagonal shape??? Sadly no layout plan available anywhere.

Hi...thanks for posting Jane....what a bargain!

I ordered 4 Tuscon ones which arrived today. Very happy with them especially for the price (30.55 incl p&p).

They are not the same quality as my Outwell one, but feel softer. They look dark blue on the online pic, but are actually teal.
Even if you don't use them in the tent, they are fantastic picnic rugs

Happy days :)

Hi I have Monty 6 too was thinking of getting the Winnipeg carpet 306 x 436 cm. This would just a leave a gap on one edge. Thought about 2 Vancouvers but worried it wouldn't be big enough for the Monty.

Am going to order two Tucson for Monty 6 bedroom though.

Ah thanks that makes sense canvas man.

We do use the big door a lot with kids running in and out and we are using a Vango tarp on the front. have ordered the Winnipeg which just leaves a 44cm gap on one side. also didn't think I would get round to sewing the other ones together! Winnipeg is brown though hope it will match the Monty!

OH is very pleased I have saved us 50 on the offical Monty carpet price. Great thread.

Got my carpets today. They feel lovely. Very pleased. The Winnipeg is brown, a sort of coffee colour, which won't exactly match my green Monty but won't clash too much either. Anyway I like green and brown together!
It feels lovely underfoot.

I also got 2 Tucsons. I'll probably only need one for the Monty bedroom area, as we don't need it right to the back edge, as its sloped there anyway.
Will keep the other as a spare / giant picnic rug!
6 each, a bargain!
Thank you so much to all the posters. No more slipping over bits of rugs and throws, and as they were quite cheap I won't stress so much if the kids spill stuff!

Serves me right. I had my order loaded up last night but decided to sleep on it. I have just gone to go ahead and buy and the price has gone up four fold. The cheapest price they have now is around a tenner and that is for the wrong size for me.

Sorry to hear that presterjohn.

Phew I got mine just in time. I have just looked and yes the Tucson I got for 6 is now up to 21!
Do you think all the ukcampsiters have bought all their excess stock up now?

Well I have ended up buying the more expensive Vancouver carpets. The size should be near enough but green carpet in a blue tent would not be my first choice.

Armchair camper with more tents than I will probably ever get the use out of.

The colours can be deceiving.  My Royal Denver carpet looked dark green with brighter green stripes at home, but once in my Monty bedroom it changed to brown with cream stripes.  I thought I was going mad, must have been the light.  I liked the brown anyway, good job really!
