I am very happy with ours. With the fixed bed options you can store 18x 5 litre boxes of wine and reclining chairs.

That's all the most important bases covered then in that one post! Cheers!!

Hi,

We have a combi camper which I guess maybe 50 years old??? and we also have a two birth caravan and some tents.
We camp at least 6 weeks of the year as we work outdoors and vist a couple of festivals.
We have in the last 3 years had the combi camper which we use hear in June and July. The ease of towing, setting up, having a bed off the ground and an awning space with chairs is great. We have camped in it at other times of year but we find it too cold (we do like to enjoy our camping not suffer it).
Folding campers like caravans and tents can be timely to set up and down depending on how much stuff you want to glamp with. We also have to proof ours each year with a soaking with the hose otherwise it's not waterproof.
We are moving to using the caravan on a more permanent basis as I have developed a back problem that means I cannot share the lifting and packing like I used to,so my hubby ends up doing most of it himself and then it would longer to complete. in a caravan it is easier to pack.
We have gone for lightweight campers and caravans for ease and we just minimise the load until we have our big holiday each year.
We did have an American folding camper once with mesh walls, which was great in very hot weather.
We now take fans to keep cool when we go abroad.
