Our local weather forecast is not to good for the next few days (Haute Vienne)
Best weather forecast for the next week is the Med. So I have decided to give my camper it's first long trip tomorrow Off to Leucate near Perpignan.

Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!

We might have been down joining you John, but will be down there again in a couple of weeks! Are you camping at Leucate? It's now one of our favourite local beaches! How long will you be there?

We'll be just north of Haute Vienne, in the Vienne in a week's time ( I hope!). So the weather better improve by then! Enjoy your trip.

Hi Val I will only be stopping for about a week, I have got a Motor home now and will be staying at CMU camping. If I like it I will be back again.

Friday night was forecast 110kmh gusts and hail,Orange warning declared. In the end it blew its self out.
June is storm month and the forecast can’t be relied on anywhere in France.

As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.

Yep we would normally have be down in Frejus at this time of the year, but it’s quite good to see that here just north of Manchester, we have had almost constant rain for the last four days, and mid day temps have been around +14 Deg C.

Meanwhile Météo-France is showing +30 Deg C and sunshine for Frejus, in fact +35 Deg C is forecast for today’s high.

It really does make me think, that the 1,100 mile drive, Dover ferry and three over night stops, to get down to Frejus, is so worth while.

All things being equal, we will be there again, this time next year, same campsite, same pitch, boring for some I know, but it’s what floats our boat.

Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
