I note that you are concerned that you may not be able to use all of the tickets on your account before it expires. As the lock-down continues, and Government restrictions stay in place I am pleased to advise that we are currently looking at all our Frequent Traveller accounts and the possibility of extending them to the end of December 2021. We appreciate your patience whilst changes are made in the system to allow for such extensions to be carried out, rest assured we are working as quickly as we can. The updated expiry date will show in your account in the next few weeks.
Please note that due to the changes made in the system to allow such extensions, you may have issues amending tickets for future travel once they are booked. If you do need to amend a ticket after booking, please call us on 03457 35 35 35 if you have any issues and one of our agents will be happy to assist.

We can confirm that new Frequent Traveller tickets have not been made available yet I'm afraid.
Thanks for that, I would be suprised if they don`t start selling new Frequent Traveller accounts once travel starts opening up again though.
I wouldn't be surprised if the terms and conditions plus ease of use will be amended though. It's already been stated that online amendments to bookings will no longer be possible for extended accounts and I suspect they will want to ensure this extension of account validity situation is something they don't have to agree in case of future lockdowns. It must currently be a logistical - and financial - nightmare for them.
