Paris is on your route and is certainly lively. It doesn’t offer everything on your wish list, but beer and live bands are plentiful.

It might seem an odd suggestion, but Camping Le Rochat la Belle Isle at Chateauroux might fit your bill. The site is a municipal one, next to a fishing river/lake, but with access to the municipal pool, which has waves, and slides, etc. Nearby there is a good little restaurant/Guingette which has live music sometimes, and there is nearly always something going on nearby. Not only that but it's cheap and cheerful for an overnight stop, good size pitches, and the bar at the Guingette does a good range of beers and wines.

Or if you want somewhere a bit more 'mainstream' then Domaine de Dugny at Veuzain-sur-Loire has entertainment, pools, bar, etc.

Or, as someone else has suggested, Paris - Camping International at Maisons Lafitte, with the town on your doorstep with all the pool, bars and restaurants you could want.
