Any advice or suggestions about touring in Northern Portugal? Any experiences in the North rather than the Algarge. Thanks

We were in the 'north' at some campsites in 2016 ... you can see reviews I've left.
Have visited the north many times, though mostly not camping ... have relatives in Porto.

Because it's less touristy than the south, you get much more of a Portuguese 'feel' ... we love the north!

Are you talking the coast, or inland? We enjoyed the coastal area earlier this year, so could give some hints, but not inland.
