You could try the Bearmach BA 3080 (spare wheel mounted) which carries 3 bikes and you can tow with as well...55.00 & vat & carriage. There are 2 BM agents in the Black Country, Atkinson Landrover 0121 559 5255, or Green Oval 0121 561 3336

I have a Maxxraxx that fits on the towbar takes up to 4 bikes. I dont advise you get a spare wheel mounting type as this puts severe strain on your door. Have a look at the website it is really goog quality the bikes can be locked to the rack locked to the car and you can also tilt the rack back to allow you to get into the rear door or the 4x4 its a rolls royce jobbie. There is one bit but - whichever rack you decide this can reduce your turning circle diameter. If you turn too sharp the bikes may touch your caravan.

We've always put out bikes on the vehicle roof and used the step from caravan to get at them!  We found the rear mounted ones an absolute pain when trying to pitch the van.
