Kyham sleeper awning and lightweight Royal awning, small electric oven, portapotti, kitchen stand, 2 groundsheets, 2 spare wheels. Kept in garage except when touring, no damp or rot. Will need new tyres, 12” wheels, existing have hardly been used but are more than 5 years old.
