The Hollies Kessingland Leisure Resort near Lowestoft in Suffolk has direct access to a beautiful sandy beach.
The park has 425 tent/touring pitches, glamping accommodation and 75 lodge holiday home plots. There is a small children's play area, a communal barbecue and pristine toilet and shower blocks with showers and hairdryers.
We have many returning guests who enjoy the relaxed and friendly approach at The Hollies.
We are looking for a friendly couple with a can do attitude, who are flexible, practical, proactive and have good communication skills.
The couple should both be able to demonstrate high standards of customer care. Both roles are diverse and as part of our warden team should include building positive relationships with customers to ensure the best in customer service, to keep check on the campsite during night hours if needed and ensure that our toilet/shower blocks and the park grounds are maintained to an excellent standard at all times.
One role would be to include grass cutting, strimming, evening/night time security and gas bottle deliveries.
The other role would be to include supporting the housekeeping team with the cleaning of our toilet/shower blocks and our self catering accommodation to an excellent standard. To have an understanding of our booking system to enable checking in of late arrivals.
Both roles are to include showing guests to pitches to include late arrivals in the evening.
These roles are to work alongside our existing wardens to include sole responsibility of the park on their days off for two days per week.
Duration of employment will be 1st April - 30th September 2018. The hours will be 35 hours per week over five days in busy periods. The hours/days will be varied and will include mornings/afternoons/evenings and weekends.
Training will be given to include our booking system, security barrier and electric hook up systems.
A full driving licence will be required for at least one of the candidates.
The wardens will be expected to provide their own caravan/motorhome.
A hardstanding pitch with electricity will be provided.
Salary TBC plus pitch with electricity.
