We are looking for a Campsite Team Leader. Day to day, you will support the delivery of an enjoyable outdoor holidays experience for our visitors.
Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week February to October. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.
Salary: £9.77 per hour - £12,700 per annum (£19,060 FTE)
Internally you will be known as ‘Holidays Operation Team Leader.
Due to the location of some of our properties, public transport may not be available - we would therefore encourage you to consider how you would travel here prior to applying.

What you'll be doing
As a team leader, you will help induct and train new staff and support the provision of an efficient, effective and flexible campsite operation.
In addition to practical tasks such as cleaning, maintenance and Bell Tent changeovers, your role will also involve face-to-face interactions such as welcome and orientation, guest service, processing online bookings and some Retail service from the Campsite shop.
A positive can-do attitude is a must in the varying world of Campsites and in return, there is an opportunity to propose, assist or lead on Outdoor activity initiatives provided by the National Trust and Partners.

Who we're looking for
To excel at this role, you'll need to have;
Practical experience in an operational role in a holiday operating environment
Some supervisory experience, good people skills, confidence dealing with a variety of situations including incidents and complaints
Customer focused with a positive attitude
Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn.
Full clean driving licence.
