Job description

We are currently looking for a Accommodation Supervisor to join our friendly team at our leisure development Royale Ranksborough Hall. As Accommodation Supervisor you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of cleaning and presentation of all holiday cottages, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest possible standard, with the guest experience being of paramount importance. The Accommodation Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining the property fixing potential issues the team come across and helping to maintain the hot tubs and swimming pool, and finally ensuring the grounds are also well maintained.
Main Responsibilities:
· To maintain high standards of accommodation cleanliness & appearance
· Perform hot tub & swimming pool testing
· To ensure the grounds are maintained to the highest standard possible
· To oversee the day-to-day operation of the Park including changeover days
· To ensure the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered
· To ensure that customer feedback is swiftly acknowledged and passed onto the Holiday Park General Manager
