Skelwith Fold Caravan Park is a nationally accredited 5-Star Holiday, Glamping and Touring Park set in the Lake District National Park and are renowned as a friendly, clean, family park and are very proud of our reputation.
We are currently looking to enhance our Reception team with friendly people who would enjoy making a difference and have a willingness to provide a friendly face and a 5-star experience to every one of our customers.
Previous experience is not essential, but a positive customer focus and willingness to provide 5 star service is essential. Full training will be provided, as will uniform.
Our Receptionists will also assist with shop sales, shelf replenishment and will ideally have proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, experience of cash handling and reconciliation, customer service, answering telephones, taking bookings, taking and passing on of messages, assisting guests on arrival, general sales assistant duties and general reception
A can-do attitude is essential! We are seeking proactive individuals.

This position is permanent with a start date in the coming weeks.
Work hours would be 40/42 hours (later finish Fridays & Saturdays) each week with two days off.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts (daytime and early evening)
Please note a full UK valid driving license is required as this position does include driving our golf buggies when checking guests into glamping and cottage accommodations.
|Salary: £12 PH
