We are a small site for touring caravans, motor homes and tents, ideally situated in the village of Long Marton, near Appleby, in the Eden Valley of Cumbria, favouring panoramic views across the Lake District fells, famous walks such as High Cup Nick a couple of miles away.
Offering ample 16 amp hook-ups, toilet & shower facilities this is an ideal location between the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales, with the Scottish Borders less than an hour away.
We have a fully insulated pod consisting of: 2 bedrooms (left empty for you to bring your own camp bed/airbed), kitchen area with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, mugs, glasses etc, sofa bed, electric heating. Minimum 2 night stay. £50 per night.
Ideally placed on the Settle to Carlisle Railway, only three miles away from the Pennine way at Dufton. Caravans, Motorhomes and Tents all welcome. The local pub (Mason Arms) is situated in the centre of Long Marton serving a good choice of home cooked meals.
