Hidden away down a peaceful, idyllic country lane, Manor House is a small friendly garden park set in a beautiful semi rural location, yet only minutes away from Blackpool, Lytham St Annes and the beach.
Welcome to our unique and tranquil garden park, everyone is treated the same here whether your 1st timers or well seasoned caravan or motor homers it doesn't matter, everyone is welcome.
There is so much to do when you visit us here at Manor House, whether you want to get out and about to explore the sophisticated old victorian town of Lytham with its fashionable cafe bars and shops, visit the attractions of Blackpool or just relax & unwind in our beautiful well presented grounds. You can be assured that you be in the company of fellow like minded guests looking for a restful holiday away from it all.

Caravan & motorhome; Arrivals after 12 noon & before 8pm. Departures before 11am
Glamping; Arrivals from 3pm & departures 10am.
Access in/out of the park is 24hrs a day.
A taxi will cost you approx £10-£15 into Blackpool.
2022 caravan & motorhome pitch fees:
£30 per night (Everything included) £32 per night for Bank holidays £35 per night during Lytham festival, Christmas & New year.
For 2022 awnings are free and dogs are £1 each pn

2 adults caravan or motorhome & 1 car Extra large level hard standing with privacy screening 10 amp Electric hook up included. Water at every pitch. Pristine gardens. onsite coffee & tea shop with expert baristas on hand. onsite pizzeria offering restaurant quality 14" hand stretched pizzas (Thursday & Saturday nights)

Cmagow: Sometimes a customer arrives at the park without any respect or understanding of campsite etiquette. Our pitches are maintained to the highest standard for all of our customers to enjoy. We simply ask that Awnings are erected on the all weather surface. We maintain the grassed areas for everyone to enjoy. we have a simple request for all customers. PLEASE DONT KILL THE GRASS, then it will be nice for the next customer. This customer declined any advice.
Plectrum5: Not happy with only 1 shower onsite. The industry standard is 1x shower to 5 pitches. With the addition of our New onsite accommodation on 4 pitches, has lowered the potential wait times for the shower room. During our closed period of Jan & Feb 23 we will be installing an additional shower room. So for the 2023 season we will have 2 showers which is more than enough for our tiny park.
Formula1: Lighting is not bright enough, no hand towels, radiator not hot. We have changed the bulbs, There is always hand towels and we routinely ensure the electric radiator is turned on?

Blackpool - Tower, beach, pleasure beach, zoo, Stanley park, all within 3 miles St Annes - Golf course,shops and restraunts.3 miles Cleveleys -Popular shopping area.7 miles Fleetwood - Market town Trough of Bowland - 40 minutes by car Ingleton water falls -45 minutes by car Lake District - 1 hour by car
On the M55 approaching J4 take the centre lane (A5230 S.Shore).In 1/2 mile @ roundabout turn left into Progress Way.In 1/4 mile @ roundabout take the 3rd exit(A5230).In 1/2 mile at traffic lights turn left into Midgeland Road.At the X roads continue over, take the first right into Kitty Lane,site on right in 250 yards
