The "Champ du Moulin" is a campsite in french Alps, massif of Oisans. It is located in the village of Venosc close to Bourg d'Oisans, Alpe d'Huez and Les 2 Alpes. The camping has 69 touring pitches and proposes also accommodations : wooden chalets (cabins), mobil-homes and appartments.
In Winter, the "Champ du Moulin" is the winter-caravanning site for LES 2 ALPES ski resort. There is a cablecar (departure 300 meters from the campsite) which brings you in les 2 Alpes. The site offer discounts on ski-passes and also package "Stay & Ski"
Nearby Attractions
In Summer, you go walking from the campsite into the National Ecrins Park, towards mountains lake as "La Muzelle" and "le Lauvitel". From a few years MTB becomes a major interest with mountains bikes pists from the glacier at the top of les 2 Alpes (3400 meters in altitude), the 2 Alpes resort and down to Venosc village. Cable-cars and lifts are equiped to carry your bike.
The 2 Alpes ski resort : you can ski in summer and Winter, Paraglide departure.
In the torrent Veneon, along the campsite, you can fish trouts (license requested). Rafting bases close (50 meters) and public swimming-pool (summer only).
From Grenoble, follows signs towards Briançon. Past Vizille, get RD 1091. 6 kms after Bourg d'Oisans, turn on right, RD 530, towards Venosc and La Berarde. Follow that road untill you have on your left the "Venosc Cable car", the site is on your right, 300 meters after the cable-car.
