Just purchased one of these, thought we couldn't improve on our previous tent for ease of erecting, but was wrong. Took 15 mins max to erect by myself.

Very light & airy inside with plenty of room for us inside on a wet day if necessary, & no worries of any rain water or bugs getting in with its sewn in groundsheet.

There is a zip for main elec unit access in lower part of tent & another one in Bedroom area so you can have electric light in your bedroom.

Very good ventilation, with bug nets that can be put over all opening doorways, (so no nasty creepy crawlies)

Typical Outwell excellent manufacturing quality & great value for money, (have seen poorer quality tents with much less features for more money)

I second everything said in the previous review. I bought one last weekend and have just pitched it in the garden for the first time. It was so quick and easy.

We are a family of 4 and think the tent is the perfect size for weekends away and it will also be great for longer holidays.

We also bought the carpet which fits great and looks really good. We are considering getting the canopy to give us added outdoor space for cooking etc.

Altogether this a brilliant tent. Plenty living space good size bedrooms (one can be taken down to give more space) great quality and easy to put up and take down.

We are really pleased with ours.

I used this tent once before some kind person helped themselves to it from the boot of the car ! Thank you ! The only saving grace was that they left the poles behind !

I have a replacement which I cant wait to use because the Nevada is such a great tent - easy to pitch, loads of space, bright and airy, excellent quality and lots of attention to detail. Got the carpet too as a birthday present ! Going to use it at Halloween and cant wait ! Must be mad.

Used for the first time this weekend in Keswick. We wanted a tent that would be very comfortable for 2 people that we could put up and pack away quickly.

From dropping the bag on the ground to knocking in the final guy peg the tent took me 35 minutes to put up on my own, including pegging out the footprint groundsheet.

With two people and a bit of experience I am sure it would be around 15-20 mins.

There is plenty of room inside, no problem with head- room and I would be very confident in the stability in bad weather.

All in all delighted with the tent and looking forward to more weekends like the one we have just had.

Apart from my sunburnt head !

Just got back from a one nighter with our new Nevada M. It took us just over half an hour start to finish complete with footprint and carpet. First time with a proper carpet and found it really cosy. Really pleased with the light, spacious, roomy and well ventilated living area especially the good overall headroom which meant as a tall person I didn't get a wet head from the small amount of condensation on the roof in the morning. I wouldn't want to put 3 people in the larger of the 2 bedrooms in fact in warmer weather I would probably open up the bedrooms even though there are only 2 of us. Overall however I think it is an excellent tent especially for a couple or small family for a weekend or much longer. The only niggle I have with this and indeed every tent I have owned so far is the colour of the when the sleeping area. Why can't manufacturers make the sleeping areas or the sleeping area roof dark to make it easier to sleep when the sun comes up so early?

Just come back from using this tent all I can say is Fantastic easy to put up and take down even for a novice like me. There are more than enough lines to tie the tent secure it is not going to move any where. Big enough living area maybe tight if you had five people I used it for the wife two dogs small and myself. Front opens to all three sides plenty of vents but it was really cold in the evenings so we had a bit of condensation inside the tent each day. Loads of clear windows letting in loads of light. Two bedrooms or one great big one if you like. I had the footprint and the carpet recommend these extras. If you are looking for a nice looking usable easy erect/take down 5 man tent then go for it.

We love it, our last tent was a Vango Diablo 800 that always lead to frayed tempers trying to erect it properly.

Our priorities for this tent were:

1. Easy to erect (put your tent name into youtube.Com for an ease of pitching video, bit anorakie but it saved us from buying a Vango Orchy 500 (as well as the reviews on this website of course!))

2. Roomy

3. Budget of around £200

4. Able to stand up in it

We have now used it for 3 weekends away in May this year, on the first weekend we worked on our pitching technique (tunnel tent design is new to us), we can now very quickly pitch it right first time, about 20mins including the footprint. We did find putting some tension on the front pole before the back pole essential. We have not used it in heavy weather yet, Cornwall in August for 10 days may be a good test.

Sure there are a number of things that could be improved such as having dark material around the bedroom but value for money, unbeatable!

The side porch has straps that DO NOT need to be fully tight. Those having issues with the side door being 'tight' zip hard to open/close have erected the tent wrongly!

A fab tent and as we have the front extension shall be using this for a few years. Best features the pockets on the bedrooms, electric cable access zip, front panoramic views. Also like how you can put down half of bedroom area too. We have the footprint, and carpet too all together a fantastic outfit for £240 including the extension. A bargain!

Just back from a weeks camping in Scotland, very pleased with the Nevada M. We were caught in the thunderstorms that flooded some parts of Scotland but not a leak in the tent. Very easy to erect, it takes me and my wife 15 minutes to put up, a very good all round tent with no problems at all.

Recently bought our Nevada M at a camping exhibition. Have used it several times now; once for a weekend in Yorkshire and just had a week in Cornwall. All the family love it - plenty of room to put the kids in together and for us. Very easy to put up and take down, with three entrances. Fly sheets to keep the bugs and flies out and we are still finding different bits that can be used for hanging bags, clothes etc. Millie, is now one of the family.
