I have owned this tent for a few years now and every time I have used it, it has never let me down, its relatively easy to pitch but having to erect the inner every time is a pain, for the size and weight it is quite roomy as these type of tents go and has got a small porch to stash kit, it has never leaked on me yet, the only drawback with these tents is the foot area I found it quite tight height wise, but it posed no problem, I paid 35 for it when I bought it and double that for my Vango banshee at the beginning of 2014, to be honest, the Vango is much easier to set up after the initial set up, but I find the bedrock has more room slightly, great buy for the price, ideal lightweight camping tent

I have used this tent a long time, I tested with gale force winds, hard rain for days and now I can say if it is well pitched, you will be dry and protected.

I have to say, too, it is not a comfort tent, It is a baks packers tent, good for couples, very spacious for singles. Two men will fit if they are more than friends, I have added aluminium pegs and now it is real 2.5 kg (manufacturer lies) bur the quality is superb, sturdy, invincible, reliable like no other. Tip: do not stretch tight the inner. Do it tight with the fly sheet. Tip2: with a strap and two nails you can use the fly without the inner, to get a very light affordable and reliable tarp tent.

This is a great little tent with emphasise on little.

It sits nicely on the bottom of my pack and doesn't weigh enough to worry about. It goes up quickly and easily.

2-man is a little ambitious as there is not much room inside as I stand at 6 foot tall throw in a pack and you can't move however the little porch area is a life saver on that score for storage of your pack while you sleep.

This is a great buy for hiking or festivals but not as a holiday tent.

Only used the bedrock once since I got it but great bit of kit, I could not have had any worse weather to test it in, 40mph winds and driving rain. It took it all in its stride, did double peg and use awning pegs on the guy ropes but she was solid as a rock while mate's tents were either wet or flying away. Not much space inside but fine for me and I am 6'4' and a big lad, enough space to sleep and store kit. Cant ask for any more in a canvas coffin

Great little tent for 2 small people or 1 person and gear. Packs down to a good size for backpacking or touring on a scooter/motorbike like I plan to.

Stood up to torrential rains and very strong winds in Mwnt near Cardigan and in 3 different sites over 3 days in mostly rainy weather. It kept me dry even with pitching it in the rain.

Recommended as a bargain small light(ish) tent. I got mine for 40 including delivery. Bargain!

Bought this for the welsh 14 3000's, it says 2 man, but unless you want to be very familiar with the second person it is really a one man and rucksack. Easy to put up and lightweight for backpacking. The pegs are quite heavy and would of been better with alloy rather than steel pegs. Decent head heigh for a small tent and plenty of room to set up your trangia to make your tea if bad weather outside.

I find this a cracking little tent for 1 person, a bit of a crush for 2 though but for my purposes it's fine. Fast and easy to erect (Under 3 minutes) and almost as fast to take down. I seems to handle the weather that comes with the Lancashire moors, wet and windy, just fine. For prolonged use I'd probably buy something a bit more sophisticated but for one or two nights this ticks all the boxes for me.

Thoroughly disappointing purchase.

Ok it's not a high value technical tent but the list of flaws with this model is substantial.

It's tiny - just about get away with one person plus small kit, if there's 2 of you, expect to get acquainted.

Over complicated to set up, does such a tiny footprint really need 17 pegs?

The inner sags so much at some points you wont see your feet or kit when your in it, you will however feel them - it touches the outer at the foot - creating condensation and getting you wet. Did manage to work out a way to hold the inner taut using the door ties and a twig, which averted total claustrophobia.

Contacted Coleman about these faults and they really weren't interested, shame - lost faith in the brand and wont be back.

Overall, rotten.

Used one this summer ideal for one man and kit but two would be uncomfortable. Kept warm and dry. Very quick and easy to assemble also packs away easily, rather than having to struggle to put back in bag. Compact and lightweight making it a great tent for multi stops. Got to find out in the rain yet. Like the option of two doors would provide good shelter from the wind either side.

I bought one of these each for my kids and they sleep very comfortably with all their gear - if I'm honest, they are just the right size for a young teenager - if they're only being used for sleeping, then you'd fit 2 people. They are nicely stable, waterproof, good ventilation and storage, pack down small and once you know what you're doing (not rocket science) easy peasy to put up. Recommended!
